About Ovarian Cycle

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has developed a unique fundraising program. Our spinning events consist of six weeks in training to help build your endurance. Training culminates in the virtual century ride we call the RIDE TO CHANGE THE FUTURE™. That’s 100 miles -- virtual miles -- as this is indoor cycling. Don’t be intimidated! You can do it at your own pace, or you can share the distance with team members.

In addition to providing you with a complete FREE training program at local area health and fitness clubs, we also have a registered dietician on board to provide tips and tricks on maximizing your weight loss opportunity while making sure you build your strength so you can complete the virtual century ride.

To give you an even better idea of what we’re all about, take a few minutes and watch this video!

From 2004 to 2009 Ovarian Cycle has raised $645,500 from our annual cycling events. These funds have been donated to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, the Ovarian Cancer Institute and the Norma Livingston Foundation for their research and development of a reliable, early detection screening test for ovarian cancer.

YOU CAN HELP CHANGE THE FUTURE! And you DID! Our recent rides in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Tallahassee were a huge success! We are currently preparing to expand our events to the western states this summer. Please consider either joining us or supporting our cause!

“Whether or not you ride, participate or donate,” says Ovarian Cycle Founder Bethany Diamond. “If you can’t ride six hours, be part of team. Work out, get in shape. One day this ride will save lives: that’s what I’m fighting for.”
